By placing an order at geturfreako.com.au, you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. That is over 18. If you have got this far and you are not over 18 please leave the site now and feel free to come back when you are of age. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.


Contract Formation

All orders made by you through the Get Ur Freak On website are subject to acceptance and availability. If there is a product ordered that is unavailable for any reason contact will be made and a refund issued quick sticks. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice (although we will inform you if any such price change affects your order).

For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between you and Get Ur Freak On for the sale by Get Ur Freak On to you of any product unless and until Get Ur Freak On sends you an e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.


Cancellation of Order 

To cancel a contract in accordance with your legal right to do so, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. Please refer to the returns policy for instruction. .

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract:

(a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and

(b) our obligations under a contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.

You may cancel a contract affected by an Event Outside Our Control. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return (at our cost) any relevant products you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.


Additional terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these terms.

You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree in writing. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

I've just placed an order with you guys. What should I do if I want to add more items to my order?

You can simily place another order with us by selecting "Combine Postage" shipping method (It is Free). Our staff will pack your orders together in one box for delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal on our website. Also we have EFTPOS facility to accept credit cards and cash if you pick up from our North Lakes QLD location


How do I cancel my orders?
To cancel your order simply contact us by email as long as your order has not been shipped and left from our premises.

Do you have a refund or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products there is a no refund or exchange on any item as long as they are used. Every product we sell is tested, with the batteries provided, before it leaves our warehouse to minimise any inconvenience caused with faulty goods.


DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

How do I collect my order if I'm not at home?

You will receive a parcel collection notice in your mail box if your place is unattended during the delivery. You will be able to collect your order from your local post office at your convenience.

Where can I find a tracking number for my order to locate my parcel?
You will receive a tracking number for your order as soon as it is collected from our premises by Australia Post. Also you will receive delivering events of your parcel by Email from Australia Post.


Do you deliver my order to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Yes, Australia Post will deliver your orders to any PO Box or Parcel Lockers Australia wide.


How long do you deliver my orders?
We deliver your orders Australian wide within 5-7 business days by Express Post and 7-14 business days by Standard Post.


How much do you charge for delivery?
We deliver products Australia wide using Australian Post eParcel. We charge a flat postage $8.95 for any orders. We also offer Express Post which costs $12.95 per order, regardless of the size and value. We offer Free Shipping if your order exceeds $150.


Do you mention Get Ur Freak On on my packages?
No. The senders details will be marked as coming from our company name which doesn't related to Adult Direct at all. There will be no mention of geturfreakon.com.au on the packages so you can be assured that your colleagues, parents, housemates or even partners will be none the wiser.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

You can return items that you have purchased from Get Ur Freak On back to our postal address to receive a replacement at no charge if they meet all of the following requirements.

1. Faulty or damaged stock, or incorrect items received through the fault of Get Ur Freak On. 

2. Lodge a request for return within 7 days of receipt.

3. Returned items must be in the original packaging along with a valid proof of purchase.

A replacement will be dispatched as soon as its return has been received in our premises. 

* This policy doesn't cover any non-electrical products which have been used by customers.

How and where do I return the items to you?
You can return your items to our warehouse and receive a replacement on the spot. Please contact us for stock availability.
Or you can return via the post. Please email sales@geturfreakon.com.au to have a Return Authorized Number which must be marked on your return box. We will not refund any freight costs incurred by the customer.

What should I do if I have changed my mind or require an exchange?
We are not able to refund or exchange any products as soon as they leave from our premises. as the government has very strict regulations for the adult entertainment industry in Australia. Please contact us by email sales@geturfreakon.com.au for further information.


Do I have a limited warranty for my purchase?
As the nature of sex toys not all of the vendors offer a manufacturer warranty in Australia. While We-Vibe, Swan, Bathmate and a few other big brands do offer a manufacturer warranty on their products. Normally they require customers to register the warranty on their official website, and then they will process your warranty claim through one of their Australian distributors.

For any vibrating devices purchased direct from us we offer a 3 Day Replacement Warranty. You can return your items to our warehouse and receive a replacement on the spot within 3 days. Please contact us for stock availability.


Do you replace a leaking lubricant?
All purchased lubricant have been checked and sealed properly by our experienced staff before being posted. Please note that about 35% lubricant bottles would leak during the shipping, while almost all leaking would be less than 1.5% of the total volume of the products and they could be used after having the bottles cleaned. As the nature of the products no further warranty or replacement would be applied.
